Club Night is Friday, June 19th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Harrah’s Cherokee Center Asheville, and is an official event of American Homebrewers Association’s Homebrew Con (HBC).

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will close at 40 clubs or Friday, May 15, whichever happens first.
Applying clubs must be AHA Sanctioned Homebrew Clubs.

Before You Apply
Confirm the following before clicking the link and completing your application:
- You are an active member of the AHA.
- You are registered for Homebrew Con.
- Your club is an AHA Sanctioned Club and listed in AHA’s Homebrew Club Directory.
- Use this form to add or update your club information in the club directory (login required).
- If you don’t see your club listed, reach out to info@homebrewersassociation.org to confirm we’ve received your request to be added.
- You have confirmed with your Club that you are submitting the application on their behalf.
- You have read the guidelines (below) to help plan for Club Night if your application is accepted.
All Club Night Participants agree to Events Code of Conduct + Terms & Conditions by participating in the event.

Full details about Club Night and how to get your homebrew to HBC will be sent to accepted Clubs.
The following information will help you plan for Club Night if your application is accepted.
- Club Night is limited to 40 AHA Sanctioned Homebrew Clubs. Booth space will be filled on a first applied for and approved basis.
- ALL serving and tapping equipment is required to be provided by Club Night participants.
- No more than 10 five-gallon kegs (or bottle/can equivalent), per club are allowed into the AHA cellar for Club Night.
- There is no minimum number of kegs you need to bring to participate. As few as 2 or 3 kegs or the equivalent in cans or bottles is plenty for one club.
- Pours will be 2 ounces per serving.
- Cellar labels for your homebrew are required for any homebrew stored by the AHA Homebrew Services team. More information about generating and attaching labels will be provided.
- Clubs must plan to take their homebrew with them at the end of Club Night unless the homebrew is being served later during HBC.
- There are options to ship your Homebrew prior to the conference. The shipping window is June 1-10, 2026. Delivery times during the event are listed below.

Homebrew Deliveries to Harrah’s Cherokee Center
- Tuesday, June 16: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 17: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 18: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, June 19: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Club Night Schedule, Friday, June 19
- Ready to serve and at your Club’s serving space by 5:45 p.m.
- Event is 6:00pm – 9:00 p.m.
- Last Call is 8:45 p.m.
- All kegs must be untapped by 9:00 p.m. and no more bottle or can service
Booth Tear-Down & Load-Out
- Friday, June 19: 9:15 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Saturday, June 20: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Saturday, June 20: 4:00 pm – 9:00 p.m.
Booths
- Each approved AHA Sanctioned Club receives 10’ x 10’ booth space.
- No booth elements can be taller than 10′ and must fit within the 10’ x 10’ floor space of your booth.
- Overhead structures (e.g., tents, pop-up shades, etc.), open flames and smoke machines are strictly prohibited in Club Night.
- Electricity is not provided. You may order electricity directly from the Harrah’s Cherokee Center. There is a fee for electricity. You will need to provide your booth number. More information about ordering power to your booth will be provided to clubs whose applications are accepted.
- Ice will only be distributed to leak-proof keg buckets. Check them before you pack them!
- Be creative and respectful in your booth designs. Anything that does not follow the Event Code of Conduct will result in removal from Club Night.
- Use the Club Night Checklist to ensure you have everything before you leave home.

Food
- The venue does not allow for clubs to provide food to sample.
- The AHA will purchase light appetizers for the event although all attendees should plan to eat dinner before the event or grab additional snacks from Harrah’s Concessions.
Selling Merchandise
- Clubs may bring in items to sell at their booths.
- Clubs may not use the AHA or official conference logo without permission.
- If referencing the conference, please use the official name “American Homebrewers Association Homebrew Con” and year “2026.”
- Harrah’s Cherokee Center provides WiFi for all attendees. Plan to use your cellular service for back up if needed.
