Help Name and Design the AHA Assistant Brewer

The American Homebrewers Association has a new AI-powered tool: the AHA Assistant Brewer. Now we need your help giving it a name and look.

The AHA invites members to submit a name, mascot design, or both. Help us capture the spirit of homebrewing, the AHA community, and the creativity that makes this hobby so much fun.

Competition at a Glance

  • Who can enter: Current AHA members
  • Competition opens: July 27
  • Entry deadline: Aug. 27
  • Member voting: Sept. 3
  • Winners announced: Sept. 17
  • Enter: A name, a mascot design, or both

Two Ways to Enter

Submit a name, a mascot design, or both. Name ideas and mascot designs will be evaluated separately.

If you submit both, the AHA may select your name, your design, both, or neither. The final name and mascot may come from two different entrants. In other words, the best name and the best design win, even if they did not arrive together.

This competition is your chance to help shape the AHA Assistant Brewer—and part of the future of the AHA.

What is the AHA Assistant Brewer?

The AHA Assistant Brewer is a new AI-powered tool designed to help homebrewers get fast, useful answers to brewing questions.

Members can use it to explore homebrewing topics, troubleshoot brewing questions, learn from AHA resources, and get support as they brew, ferment, package, and improve their beer, mead, and cider.

Think of it as a brewing helper in your pocket.
