About the Speaker
Dan Bries holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from University of Wisonsin-Stevens Point and has attended brewing courses at Siebel Institute. Dan works in research and development of Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. and has the provelage of brewing in Briess’s pilot brewery, where he performs research and develops products for a 500-barrel extract brewery.
