From Brewer to Creator: Launching Your YouTube Channel with Clawhammer Supply

May 28, 2026

Are you ready to share your homebrewing passion with the world, but don’t know where to start? Our May Zymurgy Live features the team from Clawhammer Supply.

The Clawhammer Supply team will kick things off with a powerful, streamlined overview of the content-creation principles they teach to professional breweries. From there, we will shift the focus entirely to you—the homebrewer looking to start your very own YouTube channel.

This isn’t about expensive gear, complex algorithms, or Hollywood-level editing. In fact, one of the biggest traps new creators face is trying to be too polished and professional. Audiences don’t want perfection; they want authenticity and real solutions.

What you’ll learn:

  • The Power of Utility: Why answering a single question or showing how you solved a real brewing problem is the ultimate recipe for a successful video.
  • Gear Demystified: Why the smartphone in your pocket is all the camera you need to get started today.
  • Live Q&A: A dedicated open forum where you can ask your specific questions about starting a channel, filming your brew days, and sharing your craft.

Whether you want to document your brewing journey for fun, connect with the global community, or build a dedicated audience, this session will give you the confidence to just film it and hit upload.
