About the Speaker
Cassie Liscomb works in the Technical Services/R&D department at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. in Chilton, Wisconsin. She focuses much of her time on managing and enhancing the Briess sensory programs, while working closely with other ASBC sensory professionals to develop standardization for malt flavor evaluation. When not tasting wort, Cassie can be found outside enjoying the beauty of nature.
