NHC 2025: Final Round Judging & Awards Ceremony Details

We’re excited to announce that Kansas City, Mo., is the home of the 2025 National Homebrew Competition (NHC) Final Round and awards ceremony. After two great years in San Diego, we’re looking forward to bringing the Final Round to a new city with a vibrant homebrewing scene.

To earn a spot in the Final Round, homebrewers must win a first, second, or third place ribbon in First Round judging. Ready to put your beer, cider, or mead to the test? Register for the First Round here by Feb. 19.

Final Round Judging Details

• Location: Boulevard Brewing Company, Kansas City, Mo.
• Receiving: June 2-11
• Judging: June 26-27

2025 Awards Ceremony Details

• Date: June 28
• Location: Boulevard Brewing Company, Kansas City, Mo.
• The ceremony will be live-streamed on The Brewing Network.
• In-person attendance is currently limited to Final Round judges who participate in both days of judging.
