About the Speaker

Nick Zeigler started homebrewing in a tiny, one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. He completed his Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt in Scotland in 2011. Nick joined BrewDog, first as a senior brewer and finally overseeing the pilot and developmental brewing program. In 2015, Nick joined Magic Rock Brewing, eventually becoming director of production and operations. In 2018, Nick joined the team at YCH Hops as technical solutions director.
