Scott Hixson of Gulfport, MS, member of the Gulf Coast Brewers League, won a gold medal in Category #15: German Wheat and Rye Beer during the 2014 National Homebrew Competition Final Round in Grand Rapids, MI with the help of Theresa Hixson. Hixson’s German Wheat and Rye Beer was chosen as the best among 208 final round entries in the category.
