House Bill 646 Passes in Idaho, Expanding Homebrew Statute
Idaho House Bill 646 passed its final legislative hurdle and was sent to the Governor’s office, where Governor Lee signed the bill into law on March 22. It will go into effect July 1, 2022.

With the Governor’s signature, Senate Bill 102 has become law (effective March 22, 2022) and represents a significant win for Ohio homebrewers.
