Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free whole oats (roast at 350 for 25-30 min, then steep at 155° for 30 minutes)
- 6 lbs light sorghum syrup (at 60 minutes)
- 1 cup malto dextrin (at 60 minutes)
- 1 oz Cascade (at 60 min)
- 1.5 lbs (2 cups) honey (at 45 minutes)
- 0.75 lbs (1 cup) honey (at 15 minutes)
- 1 oz Cascade (at 2 minutes)
- .5 oz Amarillo (dry hop)
- 1 package Fermentis Safale US-05 dry yeast
