Susan Ruud of Harwood, ND, member of the Prairie Homebrewing Companions, won a gold medal in Category #24: Traditional Mead during the 2013 National Homebrew Competition Final Round in Philadelphia, PA with the help of Bob Ruud. Ruud’s Traditional Mead was chosen as the best among 78 final round entries in the category.
