Demand from the family, aka my brother in-law, is growing for my Nut Brown Ale.  Being the caring family member that I am, I must oblige him.  Other than that, 2 couple of kegs to clean and my house IPA made with wet hops to keg.

Time permitting...I am planning to brew an AIPA. I still have quite a bit of 2010 hops in my freezer. Time to start using them up.

Should be done brewing for the remainder of this year, unless I decide to make Belgian Pale Ale. Kegged 2 cornies of Dubbel last night, will rack a Belgian Blonde to secondary tomorrow night, keg the Patersbier and rack the Wit to secondary on Monday.
Just brew it...

Bottling 10 gallons of beer for a festival on Oct 22.  Unfortunately with everything else that's going on in october, my next brew day will most likely be in November.  I do, however, have some tasty brews coming up.  An IPA, a blonde ale, and maybe some sort of winter amber ale or winter brown ale.

I'll be brewing Biere de Garde this weekend. Hope to have it fully "garded" by Thanksgiving.

Time for the annual Am. Pale Ale made with all homegrown hops.  I have way too many in the freezer, and have to make room for the commercial varieties like Amarillo and Centennial.  Will dust of the equipment this evening and brew tomorrow morning.

Bottling (and putting part of it into a Tap-a-Draft) yet another batch of Fred Bonjour's Amarillo APA. Wanted to brew another batch and pitch on the yeast cake, but just had work follow me home this weekend.

It'll have to be an IPA. Haven't done one since last december.
