What's the Weather Like Where You Are?

Sirens are scary. Our place in Dallas had newer double pain windows and we wouldn't be able to hear the sirens once we took shelter in the bathroom. We had to rely on the radio and pressing our ears to the door.

It has been nuts windy here the last couple of days and we had a bit of thunder the other night. Today is calm and sunny.

Drizzle. Rain 100% for tonight.

Humid. Warm. Forecast high of 85*.

My forecast: seasonably unpleasant.

Meh it's been mostly between 68 and 78 for the last 3 months

5 days after my last post to this thread (snow all day) it was 77 and beautiful here today. What gives? Guess the plow guys just needed 1 more pay day last week before switching the plows for mowers

Supposed to be 71 and sunny in Massachusetts today. Last year at this time the snow was still waist deep. I would say we got about 8 inches of snow all winter. Last year we had several storms with 1-2.5 feet of snow.

We got a total of maybe 5' all winter, which for Central NY is very mild.

Yup. I live south of Fulton and North of Syracuse and work in Oswego.

We get heavy, narrow bands of snowpocolypse style, white out lake effect snow. It's weird though because the bands are so narrow that over the course of my 45 min ride home I can drive through, and back out of, extremely heavy snow bands.

We've somehow spread 12" of snow across the entire winter. Very uncommon for central Indiana. I'll take it.

^^^^^^^This.

A winter where I can count on one hand the times I fire up the snow thrower is a good one.

Same in Chicago, didn't use the snow blower once this year and looked at dormant grass most of the winter! Mild temps as well, its gonna be a weird year in the weather dept.

Dam straight John! Mildest winter I can remember in a long long time, not really complaining but I missed the snow.
