If it's anything like the ones I've seen around, it's probably just regular tap water.

I have a PUR on-faucet filter that turns the liquid gravel that comes out of my tap into a water with which I have no trouble drinking. No chlorine taste nor smell to it at all after going through the filter. I fully-understand that it's still hard as a rock and still has any salts, minerals, et cetera that were in it before the trip through the filter. I have no idea what is the TDS in it but it tastes good enough, I think, for brewing. I also have several gallons of PDW from Walmart that I'll use for my first batch since February 2021.

I'd not venture to say the water from the fountain at work is anything for which FedEx would spend money. I would say it's filtered, but I have no idea through how small a filter it might have gone...
