brett for a few months, then adding Kmetabisulfite to carboy?
« on: August 10, 2023, 06:06:50 pm »
i generally avoid diastaticus varieties and any bacteria, simply because i fear getting a few cells of whatever in my equipment and never being able to get them out. call me unreasonable, but whatever

i just saw michael tonsmeier's old post ive read before but noticed for the first time that he did brett for a few months, then added Kmetabisulfite to carboy. would that kill it 100%? so minimal chance of the brett existing in the carboy before bottling?
