Experimental Brewing - Brew Files - Vinnie the Elder
« on: May 15, 2023, 12:52:12 pm »
If you ever wanted to hear the chaos of a Maltose Falcons Happy Hour, then here's your chance - I grabbed the segment of our tasting where we were tasting and walking through the great and good Pliny the Elder and made hash out of it! What I thought was the most valuable part was talking about how the recipe has changed over the years.

It was less boring than my drive across western Kansas.  ;D

Might has to listen to it again and take notes.

I am going to give it a listen while I brew on Saturday - it makes the brew day more enjoyable and keeps me company without having to talk to myself....(though I often tell my wife when she asks who I am talking to in the garage - that sometimes the only way to have an intelligent conversation is to talk to oneself...She then shakes her head and walks away...she has lived with my brewing for long enough to ignore my idiosyncrasies.)
