Brewing a 33% wheat beer this AM. Trying Cali yeast for the first time. Shooting for some citrusy hop notes in the glass.
Brewer an IPA today with El Dorado, Cascade and Citra. Grain bill: Pale, Wheat, and Carapils. I’ve never had El Dorado before, so I’m looking forward to this one.
