I am brewing Andy Farke’s Last Chance Lager today. Only change is substituting Edelweiss hops for Hallertau Mittefrueh and using a Novalager slurry.

The grist reminds me of that Country Export we did with Pils, Vienna, and Munich malts.  Cheers!

Yep. Pretty close. The big change is using Munich 2. I am brewing this recipe primarily because I want too see what that does to the beer. Andy said in his blog it made a big positive difference.

Brewing a 33% wheat beer this AM.  Trying Cali yeast for the first time. Shooting for some citrusy hop notes in the glass.

This is a re-brew of a beer I used Pineapple Extract in. I WAY overdid it and brewed a Pineapple Bomb

I used MoreBeer’s Pineapple and Palms IPA as inspiration for this beer. Best part is: No Extract!

Brewed an IPA today with El Dorado, Cascade and Citra. Grain bill: Pale, Wheat, and Carapils. I’ve never had El Dorado before, so I’m looking forward to this one.

2 oz citra dh

koln/34-70 blend

64 IBU
~6.8% abv
