Food Pairings with Sour Beers
« on: March 05, 2020, 02:21:46 pm »
Looking for information (forums, books, websites...) that are a good recipe source for food pairings with sour beers.  I'm hosting a sour beer  tasting with friends.  Some enjoy the style, but I'd like to use food pairings as a way to introduce the style to more hesitant tasters.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

I’ve found that some people who are more wine drinkers than beer drinkers seem to enjoy and like sour beers. Especially sour beers with fruit. You might want to think about how the dishes could be paired with wine and then try and find a sour with fruit that would be comparable. I would probably start with lower ABV beers and work on up.
