My Hacienda Mexican Lager.  It's my homage to Victoria Lager from Mexico .. brewed since 1865.  Modelo describes it as a "Mexican Vienna".

Belgian Dubbel 8.1%.

Double IPA 8.3%. Hops Magnum during boil and Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops at flameout and cold dry hop.

"Snowdrop Kölsch" -- my second time brewing what is now my house recipe for this style. I have a few of the Lallemand kölsch-style yeast packets squirreled away, and the strain didn't disappoint. It drops clear so nicely, and has a wonderfully subtle fruitiness. I'll probably take this up for the Lake Arrowhead Brew Fest in a few weeks...
