That looks great. Never had hydromel.  Reading about it and looking at yours it seems like a very nice refreshing beverage for the summer.

Yes, it is a great summer drink. It’s also a great canvass for flavors, I have a lot of ideas for the coming months and the turnaround is only about two weeks from mixing the must to ready to drink in the keg.

Totality Blonde Ale, brewed in honor of the solar/lunar alignment in April. Using up my hop stash, I felt that Galaxy and Eclipse were logical choices given the theme of this beer! The recipe itself is a modification of Gordon Strong's New World Blonde Ale; details are on my blog.

Pale Standard Saison fermented w/ LalBrew Farmhouse yeast. I really like this beer!  …and I am not a huge Saison fan. This is a good beer.

Better lighting to show the color a little better. Turned out ok but has an off flavor I think. Like a yeasty off flavor, not banana notes or clove notes just kind of a breast yeasty off flavor. Not a lot, still absolutely drinkable but a little disappointed as the fermentation smelled like someone was baking banana bread. Smelled amazing
