A beer I call "Signature Ale" for no good reason .. it's just a name.  :D  Base malt, British Crystal, Special B, Nugget hops early and late, 1056 ...

Ken from Chicago.
A day without beer is like... just kidding, I have no idea.

Fullers ESB clone, first time using a beer engine, pretty excited to put many more brews on it and see how they pour. It is tasty! Will not dry hop with EKG next time to see how it turns out, was a little too much on the flavor, still definitely drinkable and good!

Wow! That looks awesome!
Don't judge a beer by it's cover.

To carry on with the beer engine pics.  Here is my session iPA/best bitter.  WYeast 1968 really drops bright with time.  Served with my short spouts

Man that looks really nice! I’m going to do a best or an ordinary bitter next, that looks clean and refreshing, nice work!

"Denny Kongish West Coast IPA" -- an homage (not a clone!) of Denny Kong West Coast IPA. Because I didn't give enough circulation potential for dry hops in the fermenter, the hop aroma/flavor is a bit underwhelming, but everything else about the beer hits pretty well!

Eagle Face Oatmeal Stout -- one of my house recipes and an old favorite (nearly 10 years of brewing it now!). I usually use Maris Otter and Nottingham for the recipe, but switched to a more "Americanized" version with BRY-97 and 2-row. A bit drier and lighter, but still quite tasty!
