After hearing about Denny Kong, I decided to make an IPA without any Crystal malt. Probably my first time. Just Pale and Munich malt with Columbus, Amarillo, and Cryo Mosaic hops.

Thought I might just throw a pic of the hazy IPA I did a few months back, Citra and mosaic hops. This was my best beer yet! I currently have a Munich Helles lagering, once it is done I will share that as well!

Imperial stout! It's a little too drinkable...probably a good thing I only made a 3 gallon batch.

Here it is, my first all grain lager, Munich helles, lagered at 34F for 5 weeks. Turned out very good! flavour I imagine will continue to develop, though I don’t know how far along I will see that as I am already 5 pints in tonight. And I don’t normally drink that much in an afternoon. This is brewed according to reinheitsgebot, aside from adding a little co2 to finish carbonating after spunding toward the end of fermentation at 6ish psi. PROST!
