This is Big Bark Amber Lager.  The original beer is from Live Oak in Austin and the brewer gave me the recipe.  When I first had the beer it was at the Austin airport and I feel like it was pretty pale.  On recent visits the beer seems to be getting darker so I thought I would try to make the beer the way I remembered it originally and the color is a little more pale than it should be.  But the beer is excellent.  Pilsner + Munich 2 + Hallertau Mittelfruh to bitter and then again late and 2124.  Yes, there was spillage.  :D

A day without beer is like... just kidding, I have no idea.

Looks great.

Do you think my wife notices all the times I spill a bit of beer as I navigate around furniture in the living room? She never says anything.

I guarantee that she notices but she knows how hard you work and how hard you play and she doesn't say anything because she's a keeper.  :D

Drinking  a Munich Dunkel while planning to brew tomorrow.  Water has been collected, yeast and hops have been moved to the kitchen fridge, grains laid out and ready to crush in the AM during the strike liquor heat up.  Cheers!

Nice looking beer! Upper left side of the glass looks very much like a sunset! Also, what's the make and model of the vehicle? Can't quite make it out.

That would be my 90 Cherokee I’ve had for 20+ years with swapped locked axles, stroker, etc. Way more cash in it that my brewing equipment! 90 body, 95 engine, 01 intake, ford rear end, etc… I call it FRANKENJEEP.
