My Chinook, Amarillo and Cascade IPA. Finally getting some nice lacing on my homebrew. Halfway through a bomber. Some dry hop haze, looks much clearer in the bottle. I do leave yeast in bottle as I pour, but it tastes great!

Wow, that packs a whallop !  Sounds good.  WY3522 makes a pretty solid one too BTW.

Also, deathlylost you have some definite photographic skills.  Great pics. So describe this American Scotch Heavy for me - traditional grist and OG? American hops I assume, or domestic malts? IBU ? Sounds like a variation on the American Barleywine. Interesting.

it does and the first couple times I used 3522, also a great strain. I'm not happy with it though as I find when I bottle it just refuses to pack down and stay down, got tired of dealing with the yeast floaties. This summer I'm going to build a bigger kegerator to accommodate more kegs so I may try it again in a kegged batch and see what happens

not sure what that means..... It's been below freezing in Chicago since November and was 60 today so after work I kicked back on the porch and enjoyed a beer;)
