I agree. Despite my best efforts phone shots suffer. And I'm an artist with extensive imaging experience. Those pics are impressive for beer pron.

Nice! What's the base beer for the Poha berry ale? I keep seeing Poha seeds for sale in Kitizawa's catalog and I've always wanted to try them out. Slight climate difference between Hawai'i and New England, though :)

Thanks. I used an American pale ale as the base. Simple and clean. Although were I to make it again, I may go with less hop aroma as not to compete with the poha berry. It's a subtle flavor that could easily be over powered.

Thanks. The key is a good camera. Lol. Pics I take with my phone just can't do beer justice. I used a Canon Rebel XSi.

Agreed.  That is what I use - stout above.  I am developing a lens obsession now though...

Tasty looking. I'm sipping one now but mine's darker. So is it the Oktoberfest that's darker or no? Or is the difference just when you drink them?
I'm looking forward to dayshift and sunshine. All my beer photos look the same with crappy lighting.

I should post a picture of my vienna lager later this week when it's fully carbonated. These are some nice looking beers, fellas!
