Happy Thanksgiving to all today. Bird looks great - I love some smoked turkey. I usually do one but not this year.

In Belgium we only believe in the Baby Jesus, so it's business as usual here. But still, here's the worst joke in the world for y'all to tell at the table: "Why can’t you take a turkey to church? Because they use fowl language".

Since someone brought up smoked turkey you can always smoke it yourself OR check Aldi and they will typically have a Butterball smoked turkey in the 10-12lb size for $1.99/lb. All you do it thaw and warm and it is a beautiful thing.
