No, afaik the lambic doesn't get more sour in the box. Timmermans is like that. Girardin lambic, for instance, is not so sour in a box. The lambic simply spoils after some time (two months or so?).

Straight lambic is young (generally 1 yr) and uncarbonated, so it's perfect for a box.

The sign in the back of the pic says BeLoVeD. BLVD is abbreviation for Boulevard.

The Kansas City Royals are a Major League Baseball team.

Finally, Boulevard is owned by Duvel-Moortgat.
