What can you recommend for automating the propane burner on my HTL.
It gets too hot if your not watching closely. Sending pre converted wort through 50 ft. super hot copper tubing can't be good for efficiency.

I have an asco valve controlled by a digital temp controller. it is the same as a brewtus 10 design. works great

If you're not too comfortable wiring up controllers, the tower of power controllers work extremely well. I have two (one on the MLT and one on the HLT).
