Carl you should use your honey instead of sugar- unless you don't like that combination.
Don't like honey (or cream) in my coffee. Turbinato sugar in coffee is way delicious... hints of molasses...

Tea grows well here, but at higher elevations than where I live. Several friends have tea bush hedges. Fairly easy on a hobby scale. More difficult on a commercial scale. Harvesting the new growrh is the challenge. Easy by hand, a challenge mechanically. The secret is cloning the tea bushes so they grow uniformly.
Both coffee and tea flowers smell wonderful. Simular to citrus blossoms.
I do put honey in my tea.
