Refermentation in the bottle
« on: May 10, 2024, 04:37:16 pm »
Hi all,
The phrase 'refermentation in the bottle' appears several times in BLAM. How is this different than bottle carbonation? Is it simply that referementation uses fresh yeast and bottle carbonation uses the yeast still in suspension after fermentation?
Thanks in advance.
Beer! No great story ever starts with someone eating a salad.
Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy to sustain him through temporary periods of joy.

Same thing. Those terms are interchangeable.
Don't judge a beer by it's cover.
