What is more interesting is his comment about it at the top of the sheet:

Mt Ranier: the new lager hop for AB.  Don't know much about it yet

If this is being used by AB, then I predict that supply will probably increase in the future.

I wouldn't be certain of that. AB grows their own barley and hops. Seems like it would be counterproductive to release them.
The Elk Mountain Hop Ranch in Idaho was almost shut down, but is now producing American varieties for their purchased craft beer makers.

He mentions that it’s incumbent on beer drinkers to drink something besides ipas made with citra and mosaic, and I agree, at least in my area most breweries have 80% or more of their taps dedicated to ipas that all are more or less the exact same beers. It’s an erosion of choice that really sucks

As I've said before, it appears erosion of choice is regional.  Lots of choices here.
Must be, I’m on the central coast and it’s really bad here. Every brewery devotes 80-90% of their tap space to IPA’s

bumping an old topic, got a pound of 2021 rainier hops from Hop Heaven and another pound of 2023 michigan grown rainier hops on the way. Was thinking of doing two idenitcal brews with them (Kolsch) to see the difference.
