There’s another thread about frozen hops, we’ve seen Cryo hops, hops shots, etc. Now:
Steam hops.
I just saw these and thought I’d share. Basically they’ve done the isomerization for you at various times. Theoretically no boil required: mash, vorlauf, add the hops package corresponding to the X min you need (60, 30, 20 or 10 min), ferment, and package.
