Hi all,
I am wondering, can I make a wine kit, keg it, carbonate it, and that will give me near enough prosecco on tap?
Or is it simply not that simple...

I would assume you would need a Prosecco kit. Then sure, you could keg it and carbonate it. This is a beer brewing forum you would probably have better luck in a home wine making forum. Good luck!
