Adding Pectinase to Finished Beer?

I had a brett saison on peach puree and I wanted to package soon in keg. Is it possible to still add to finished beer via fermenter or keg? if so do I dilute in boiled water?

Enyzmes generally don't like being boiled or even being heated. Since you've infected the beer with Brett there is almost nothing that can go wrong so all you need is to dissolve the pectinase in water and add the solution to the beer.
