I haven't seen a truly jacketed conical fermenter at homebrew scale under 1 BBL. Seems fairly complicated kit to maintain, given that you really do need to manage the chemistry of the water/glycol mixture. At least if there is a leak in the coil solution, it can quickly and easily be detected and fixed. Then again - I want a couple now.
Hi,Not affiliated in any way with them, but Brewers Hardware has jacketed conicals in 15, 20, and 30 gallon sizes. I was drooling over them just a few days ago..
