Actually, I did smell when I turned out on avert worrying in the wet switches. Turns out when you wire a 24v component to 120v, it let's the smoke out. Oops!
All the low voltage is now done. The next few nights I finish up the high voltage and the control panel will be done with the exception some diamond plate and the switch lables. I'm still not sure if the property management is going to let me put a 50amp 220v circuit or not. For now, I'm wiring it for 120v. If they do decide to let me, it will be simple to swap the panel over to 220v.
