So I brewed 1933 Lees' Export recently. The recipe is from Ron Pattinson book, "The Home Brewer's Guide to Vinatge Beer". When I was cooling the wort, I accidentally dropped a piece of ice from the ice bag into it. The temperature of the wort was 120 degrees. Do I have anything to worry about? Thanks in advance for your comments. It is very much appreciated.
