It's a floor cleaner..it's a breath freshener!!...He's a brewer..he's a baker!! Use bread yeast ALONG with this unless U want very dense loaf..BTW,if U mill some malted barley to a flour (the BEST use for a Corona) and sieve it so the husks are removed,a 1/4 cup in a 1 1/2 lb loaf is TERRIFIC
