It's a 5% ABV pale lager with a touch of salt on the palette.

For 5 gallons @75% efficiency.

9 lbs Pale Malt
1 oz Tettnanger 4.5AA @ 60

~15-20 IBU's with a BU:GU of ~.3-~.4

Yeast should be a lager yeast such as Diamond, W34/70, S189 or a similar liquid yeast with fairly good attenuation.  WY2042 or WLP850.  The proprietary Heineken "A-yeast" is ideal but not available.

Diluting the grist a small percentage with adjunct (rice, corn) would be appropriate to aid attenuation.

Using non-iodized salt (sea salt) - sicilian or otherwise - after fermentation is complete and while tracking the number of grams used, season a glass of beer until the taste is just on the palette.  Scale this up to the volume of finished beer.  Generally ~250ppm should be recognizable on the palette.
