From what I understand it’s very volatile and it’s best to add the oils when you’re basically done with the Brewing, or starting your kegging process.
I brought a growler of this beer to a homebrew camping trip (which I’m at now, posting in my tent, lol). Nothing but positive reviews.
I followed the hop schedule in the beginning of this post, everyone says well balanced, clean, not overtly bitter but the hop aroma is there and good hop flavor is present. 3oz is not a lot of hops for an ipa. I will probably try the eldorado next. I just don’t make many ipas, but, I guess you could throw the oils in whatever if you were aiming to hit a proper style that went with either of the oils.
