Hi homebrewers,
I am very new to Homebrewing. I know during fermentation the temperature inside counts. When the beer is carbonating in the bottle should you be concerned with mainly ambient temperature.

Room temp is ideal. A little warmer will carb faster, but will also speed staleing after carbonation. Once carbed you want to store in a cool temp stable place.

Unless your room temperature is unreasonably hot or cold it should be fine.

Don't forget to convince the little woman that she doesn't really need a coat closet...
