I setup my brew stand so the HLT included a natural gas HERMS which has been a lot of fun. Here's a picture of the initial test run from a couple months ago:

Here is the DIY HERMS coil I added to the lid of the HLT:

However I wanted the control panel, pumps, and hoses to be more easily movable from where they are stored to my backyard where I brew so I built a rolling stand, a low-tech tower of power if you will, and here's a couple of pictures:

I've done 3 brews using the new setup including a Hochkurz mash schedule which I'd never attempted before and I can honestly say I'm having more fun brewing than any time since I started.
